1. Services

NOVA Striping, LLC provides professional parking lot striping, pavement marking, asphalt maintenance, and related services throughout Northern Virginia. All services are subject to availability, scheduling constraints, and weather conditions appropriate for quality work performance.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates provided are good-faith approximations based on site conditions at time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from initial assessment or if additional work is required. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issuance unless otherwise specified.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms include:

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements are made in writing
• Accepted payment methods include check, credit card, and ACH transfer
• Late payments may incur interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by Virginia law
• Customer is responsible for all collection costs including reasonable attorney fees

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Services are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to inclement weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid potential fees.

5. Site Access and Preparation

Customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas, including removal of vehicles, debris, and obstacles. Customer must provide adequate notice to tenants, residents, or occupants regarding service scheduling and parking restrictions. Additional charges may apply if site is not adequately prepared.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional manner using quality materials appropriate for the application. Specific warranties on materials and workmanship will be provided in writing for individual projects. Warranty does not cover damage from improper use, vehicle traffic before curing period, extreme weather events, or underlying pavement failure.

7. Limitation of Liability

NOVA Striping, LLC maintains appropriate insurance coverage including general liability and workers' compensation. Our liability is limited to the contract price of services rendered. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. Customer assumes responsibility for notifying building occupants and ensuring adequate drying time before allowing traffic on freshly marked surfaces.

8. Permits and Compliance

Customer is responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will work with customers to ensure ADA compliance and local code requirements are met. Customer acknowledges that compliance recommendations are based on our understanding of current regulations and should verify requirements with appropriate authorities.

9. Website Use

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that website content is complete, current, or error-free. Unauthorized use of website content is prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from services or these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fairfax County, Virginia, or through Virginia state courts. Customer waives right to class action proceedings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Fairfax County, Virginia.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
